I'm Katie Shiff, a Creative Director and I run Three Two One, a creative production studio.

I build campaign worlds for brands that want their creative to outlast the launch.

Through Three Two One, I lead end-to-end creative direction and production - from narrative and art direction through to stills, motion and campaign delivery. We work across fashion, sport and beauty, partnering directly with brands and their teams to shape how a story looks and feels across every channel.

Formerly Creative Director at ASOS. Creative partnerships and projects have included Nike, Adidas, On, Puma, New Balance, Reebok, Converse, Asics, Saucony, ELEMIS, Doc Martens, Timberland and L'Oréal.

I've built and led in-house creative teams as well as independent studios, so I understand how brands think from the inside, and how to work within and alongside those structures.
